Delete in the app
Open Aureve and go to Settings > Delete Account. This is the fastest way to permanently remove your account.

Aureve lets you delete your account inside the app. If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion from this page by contacting our privacy team.

If you cannot sign in, email our privacy team from the address associated with your account or include your account email or phone number in the request.

Once deletion is completed, your profile is removed from Aureve and your uploaded photos are deleted from our storage.
- Profile data is deleted.
- Uploaded photos are removed from storage.
- Messages are deleted with your account.
- Crash reports may be retained for up to 90 days for reliability work.
- Subscription and payment records may be retained where required by Apple, Google, or law.
- Some limited data may be retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.
