Welcome to Aureve. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Aureve mobile application and website. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Aureve.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Aureve and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. We may request proof of age and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Do not create accounts for anyone other than yourself.
• Do not transfer your account without our written consent.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use Aureve lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent profile information.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse other users.
• Upload illegal, exploitative, violent, or sexually explicit content.
• Solicit money or personal financial information from other users in a deceptive or coercive way.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated scripts on the service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks connected to Aureve.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, prompts, and other content you upload. By uploading content, you grant Aureve a non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely as needed to operate and improve the service.

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have the rights needed to post it. We may remove content that violates these Terms or our policies.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Aureve offers optional premium subscriptions through the Apple App Store and Google Play.

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal deadline shown by your app store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store settings.
• Refunds are governed by Apple or Google policies unless the law requires otherwise.

Premium access is licensed, not sold, and may change over time as the product evolves.

6. Safety and Verification

Aureve offers safety tools such as reporting, blocking, photo verification, date safety check-ins, and optional background checks in certain flows or regions. These tools help reduce risk but do not guarantee a user's identity, intentions, or safety.

• Meet new people in public places when possible.
• Do not send money or share sensitive financial information.
• Report suspicious, abusive, or unsafe behavior immediately.

7. Blocking, Reporting, and Enforcement

You may block or report users at any time. We may investigate reports and take action, including warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or permanent bans.

8. Intellectual Property

Aureve and its design, software, branding, and related content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the service without our prior written consent.

9. Termination and Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, harm other users, create legal or security risk, or misuse the service.

• Your right to use the service ends when your account is terminated.
• Your profile will no longer be visible to other users.
• Any active subscription must still be cancelled through Apple or Google if you do not want it to renew.

10. Disclaimers

Aureve is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific matches, or the conduct of any user on or off the app.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureve and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Where allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Aureve in the 12 months before the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you in the app, by email, or by updating the public terms page. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
